4. Delivery & Lead Time
- Delivery timelines are estimates only. We strive to meet estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, transporters, customs, force majeure, or other unforeseen events.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified in the order.
5. Installation, Commissioning & Site Acceptance
- Where installation or commissioning is part of the scope, it will be performed per the agreed terms and at the specified location.
- Customer must ensure the site is prepared and meets the requirements provided by us. Additional site work required may be charged separately.
6. Warranty & Returns
- Our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified in the product documentation. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and not damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
- To claim warranty, the customer must follow the warranty claim process and provide proof of purchase and product serial information.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only where permitted by law or as agreed in writing. Custom-built equipment may not be eligible for return.
7. Limitation of Liability
